Returns
Underwear
For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns of underwear, jocks or swimwear once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on or worn. Please check our size guide before you order.
All other products
Fragrance, hair and body care, gifts and our other products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Used products are accepted, as long as more than half of the product is left.
UK orders
Drop your return at our store, 73 Lower Richmond Road, Mortlake, London SW14 7HJ, or post it back to us at your own cost. We refund the price of the product; the original delivery charge isn't refunded, except as explained under Refunds below.
International orders
Post your return back to us at your own cost. When it arrives, we refund the full price of the product.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
If you return your whole order within 14 days of receiving it, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid, as UK consumer law requires.
Faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, including underwear, contact us and we'll replace or refund it, including postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
